Good work Microsoft, very impressed with Windows Live Mail. Not only is it an email interface for your hotmail accounts, but it can also do Gmail and other email websites including iiNet! How do I know this? I just added my iiNet email account into it and it works!
If you want to give it a try, you can download it from here:

There are only 3 stickers left on the back of my BB Curve
I'd take a photo of it with my BB but that's not physically possible.
Nokia E72 turns into a modem!
I recently bought a new Asus A42J laptop and thought to myself, 'How can I get internet if I took my laptop out and there were no wireless hot spots?" - then I looked at my Nokia E72 and the idea of using my mobile phone as a USB modem came to life. So here's how:
What you need:
http://www.nokia.com.au/support/download-software/nokia-ovi-suite
After the installation completes, connect your Nokia E72 to your PC using the USB cable it came with. Open the Ovi Suite and select Tools and then Connect to Internet. An easy to follow wizard will pop up going through basic connection settings such as picking your phone provider. That's pretty much it. The Ovi application also shows you your connection duration information such as duration time and how much data you have downloaded - useful when you have a data limit towards your data plan.
Now you don't have to buy a Wireless USB dongle like this douche below - you owe me.
What you need:
- Laptop with spare USB slots
- Nokia E72
- Data plan enabled on your Nokia hand held
- Nokia PC Suite or Ovi Suite installed

Do not install the Windows feature; 'Desktop Experience' on Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard. Kthanksbye!
After a pretty stressful week at work and clocking up 5 hours of overtime, I have learnt two things:
' Failure configuring windows features. Reverting changes' - followed by Windows automatically trying to re-install the service only for this to go on in an infinite loop;
This is how to fix it (well this worked for me):
NOTE: My server is a virtual server and the solution posted below is based on a virtual server environment.
- Back-up before performing server configuration changes - no matter how simple it is.
- DO NOT INSTALL DESKTOP EXPERIENCE on Windows Server 2008.. it's a POS and it will fail and make your life miserable.

This is how to fix it (well this worked for me):
NOTE: My server is a virtual server and the solution posted below is based on a virtual server environment.
- Do not remote desktop into the server, log in directly via your VI (Virtual Infrastructure) client.
- Login as the local administrator
- If UAC (User Access Control) is turned on, turn it off. This will require a server restart. So at this stage, the Desktop Experience feature has installed and is asking for a restart, and turning UAC off is also prompting for a server restart.
- Restart the server - watch Windows try and install Desktop Experience only for it to fail again. Windows will then revert the changes. At this point, do not do anything until you see the 'CTRL + ALT + DEL' prompt after Windows reverts the failed install.
- Login as the local administrator
